Mute without leaving

Turn on Mute all to disable all notifications for the group. Alternatively switch off only some types: Notices, Conversation replies, Membership status, Calendar, Meetings. Each switch applies immediately and you stay a member.

You can also mute from the bell next to the group’s name (Mute notifications).

Troubleshooting

I see “Error leaving the group”

Leaving didn’t go through: try again.

I can’t see Leave group

The panel isn’t shown to the group’s leader (administrator): ask the community to hand the group to someone else.

I can’t see the Settings tab

The tab appears only to active members: if your request is still pending, you’re not a member yet.
