MiaChiesaCarry members into a new campaign
Prepare a new association year for the same club and carry previous members forward with cards awaiting renewal.
Check the source club
Open Affiliation and locate the correct club. Each row identifies its name, network and code; verify these before creating the next association year.
Add club creates a different club and therefore does not offer member carry-over.
Open New campaign
On the club row, select New campaign. The club name, network and code stay fixed; the suggested year is the next one and dates follow the network calendar.
Review the year and range. The dialog has not been saved yet.
Choose whether to carry members
Enable Copy members from the previous campaign, with membership awaiting renewal when the new register should start from last year’s members.
The capture shows the option selected but does not press Save. No campaign or member has been created.
Save and complete renewals
After checking the period and year, press Save. Carry-over creates rows in the new campaign awaiting renewal; it does not renew or issue cards with the association.
Open Members & cards in the new campaign and update each person with the actual number, validity and status when received.

Troubleshooting
The carry-over option is missing
Open New campaign from an existing club row. Add club creates the first campaign and has no previous year to copy.
Did carry-over renew the cards?
No. It creates rows to work on in the new campaign; complete the details only after renewal with the network.
