Create a workflow from a suggestion

Open a relevant suggestion, check why it appears, and continue in the wizard without accidentally running or saving a workflow.

Open Workflows

Open Workflows. The summary separates active workflows, items to review, and the next run; Suggestions appears farther down, after the configured workflow list.

A suggestion is not a run. It is a shortcut to workflow creation or to the detail page of an existing workflow.

Read the reason and proposed action

Scroll to Suggestions. Each row has a title, explanation, a tag such as template, seasonal, or to review, and an action such as add, create, or open.

Suggestions depend on existing workflows, the time of year, and the latest known result. MiaChiesa displays at most two at once. The suggestion card itself currently keeps its Italian title and action labels in English mode.

Open the wizard from the suggestion

Select the proposal action. A creation suggestion opens Scegli un modello; a Da rivedere proposal opens the relevant workflow detail instead. These destination screens currently keep their Italian control labels.

The current creation shortcut carries the proposal type in the URL, but the wizard does not preselect a template or fill its fields. Choose the matching template manually.

Review before saving

Check requirements, content, destinations, and schedule just as you would for manual creation. Social channels remain available only when their integrations are configured.

The plan limit is checked when you save. Opening a suggestion consumes no slot; saving a new active workflow can require an available slot.
