Install and open the app online

Install MiaChiesa from the Install page, then launch it while you have a connection. The first load prepares the app and may keep the files used by pages you visit.

Installation alone does not download all content: open the sections you expect to use while online.

Open the schedules you will need

While online, open Schedules and allow places, celebrations, or confessions to finish loading. This content is among what the app may keep on the device.

If you use several communities, switch to the correct context and visit its schedules first: only data that actually loaded may be kept.

Check the typical week

Under Typical week, select the place of worship you need and check that its schedules are visible. This preparation still requires a connection.

Reopen saved data

When the network is unavailable, reopen the app and return to a page that already loaded. The app may restore the latest copy of supported content and tries to refresh it when the connection returns.

The restoration window for stored data is 24 hours. This does not guarantee that every page remains accessible for all that time: account access, app updates, device storage, and page files may require you to go online. Treat offline schedules as the last information loaded and verify them as soon as possible.

Know the limits

This guide covers viewing content. For an action or submission, follow the guidance shown by that feature and check your connection if the screen does not confirm completion.

Signing out clears stored personal data so it does not remain visible to the next profile on the same device.

What you have achieved

  • Supported pages that already loaded may restore their latest available copy within the 24-hour window when account access and app files are also available.
  • You can distinguish viewable data from notifications or feeds that require a connection.

Troubleshooting

I see Schedules unavailable

The available copy may not include that day or context, or no schedule may have been published. Go online and check the community and date again.

The page shows the generic offline screen

The page or required files may no longer be available on the device. Go online and reopen the page, especially after an app update.
