Decide whether the songbook, setlists and chords appear in the members’ app and on the public page, and share the QR for the pews.
Open Visibility to members
From Choir open Setlists, then Setlist settings and the Visibility to members tab. Songbook visible to members is the main switch: the songbook entries appear in the members’ app and on the public page, always and only with approved catalog lyrics.
Choose what they see
Upcoming setlists shows the songs of upcoming celebrations, ordered by liturgical moment. Show chords adds chords to the lyrics, useful when instruments play in church. Each switch saves at once: Setting saved appears.
Share the public page
Where it appears tells you whether the app, the Liturgy page and the public page are Active or Off; Believer view opens the preview. In Public page · QR use Copy link or A5 poster for the pews: whoever scans the QR sees today’s songs without signing up.
Hide or show one setlist
On a setlist’s page, the Visibility to members box has the Visible to members switch. A setlist reaches members only when both this switch and Upcoming setlists are on.
What you have achieved
- Members see the songs you chose in the app and on the public page.
- The QR for the pews leads to today’s songs.
Troubleshooting
I can’t see the Visibility to members tab
You are in a choir group’s settings: visibility is a community setting. Open the community’s Choir.
I see “The community has not opened setlists to members yet: while that is off, nothing is published.”
Turn on Upcoming setlists in Setlist settings, Visibility to members tab.
Copy link and the poster are disabled
Turn on at least Songbook visible to members or Upcoming setlists.
I can’t see Setlist settings
You need Configure choir module.
