Prepare the community’s installation link and display its QR without confusing it with the public profile.
Open Spread the app
Select the correct community and open Spread the app. In Bulk Operations, also check the active member: each community has its own link. In Merged mode, the link identifies the pastoral unit.
Choose the installation link
Under Share the invite, keep Install the app selected. The field, message and QR follow the selected destination; Public page leads to the public profile instead.
Use Copy to obtain the link or choose a sharing service. Check the recipient and message in that service before sending.
Show the QR in person
Show QR at Mass opens a large code for installing the active community’s app. Check the name above it and keep it visible while people scan it.
Download PNG saves the code as an image. Check that the file has been saved and the code is readable before printing or projecting it.
Check the phone’s installation path
Opening the link takes the person to the installation page with the community context. Instructions depend on the device and browser. Sharing or opening the link does not install the app automatically.
If the destination is wrong, return to Spread the app, correct the context and obtain the link again.

Troubleshooting
I cannot see the QR command
The QR and flyer controls require Create flyers access. A person with only notice management access may see the sharing page without those controls.
