Review memorial entry visibility

Check consent on the individual entry and verify the result in Believer view.

Start from the staff register

Open In Memoriam in the correct workspace. Staff can also see entries that are not published in the believer memorial.

Find the person to review and open the entry for editing.

Check consent on the entry

Scroll to Family consent and check Publish in memorial.

Show photo is separate consent: an entry may be public without displaying its image. If you change a switch, save before checking the public view.

Verify in Believer view

Return to the register and select Believer view. Search for the person and open the result.

The entry appears only when individual consent and overall memorial visibility allow access for the profile used in the check.

  • The photo appears only when its separate consent is enabled.

Troubleshooting

The entry appears to staff but not in Believer view

Check Publish in memorial, save any change, review overall visibility and test the same community with an allowed profile.
