Report a gallery photo

If you or your child appear in a photo without consent, or the content is not appropriate, report it to the community from the app.

Open the photo

Open Gallery and the album you want. Tap the photo to report: it opens full screen.

Tap Report

On the open photo, in the column of icons on the right, tap Report (the flag). On a computer the same command is under the photo, next to Download and Share.

Choose the reason

In the Report this photo window choose the reason: I appear in it and want to be removed, A minor appears without consent, Inappropriate content or Other reason.

If you like, add a note in the “Add a detail (optional)” field: it helps the reviewer understand straight away who or what it is about.

Send the report

Tap Send report: “Report sent. Thank you!” appears.

What you have achieved

  • The community receives the report with the reason and your note.
  • Whoever manages the gallery decides whether to remove the photo.

Troubleshooting

I see “You already reported this photo”

Your earlier report is still open: there is no need to send another.

I see “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

The report was not sent. Check your connection and try again.

The photo is still visible

That is expected: it stays visible until whoever manages the gallery decides to remove it.
