What Base, Essentials, Pro and Max cost, how limits and the payment fee change, what the pastoral unit costs and where to change plan.

- To see and change the plan you need the Manage subscription permission.
The four plans
MiaChiesa has a free plan, Base, and three paid plans: Essentials, Pro and Max. To compare them open Settings → Plan & usage and select Change plan: in the Store each card shows the price, the fee on in-app payments and the main limits, and your plan is labelled Current plan.

Monthly or yearly
Above the cards, the Monthly / Yearly switch shows the prices with yearly billing (“Save ~17%”): Essentials, for example, costs €12.42 a month and saves €29.80 a year. Pro saves €69.80 and Max €148.80 a year.
With an active subscription, changing the billing asks for confirmation, because it may charge you.

“Per month” limits reset every month. Max is “Everything unlimited”. On each card, See all limits opens the full list. If you need more of a single limit, you can add an extra pack instead of changing plan.
Fee on payments
On payments families make in the app (for example donations, events, catechism and GrEst) MiaChiesa keeps the plan’s fee: 5% with Base, 3% with Essentials, 1.5% with Pro, 0% with Max. In a Merged pastoral unit the unit’s plan applies to all its parishes.
Stripe’s fee is separate and does not depend on the plan: 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards, 2.5% + €0.25 for non-EU cards. You find it in Settings → Payments, under Stripe Fees.
What the pastoral unit costs
The pastoral unit is an add-on: it costs €9.90 a month or €89.90 a year and requires the Essentials plan or higher. You activate it from Settings → Store MiaChiesa, on the Unità Pastorale card in the Add-on section (the card is currently shown in Italian); if you manage only one parish, the card first offers to request another one.
If your plan is Base, activation goes through checkout with the Essentials plan and the add-on together.
Frequently asked questions
Does the plan lower Stripe’s fee?
No. The plan only changes the MiaChiesa fee; Stripe’s stays the same.
Where do I see my usage?
In Settings → Plan & usage you find the active plan and this month’s usage.
