Open the moderation queue, read the reason and note, and review actions without removing the photo immediately.

Open the queue

Scroll to To moderate. Reports show the reporter, album and reason; consent-blocked photos are identified separately.

Review the report

Select Review on the report. The dialog shows the image, album, reason and note, then offers Remove photo, Dismiss report or Open in album. Do not choose an outcome until any necessary checks are complete.

Troubleshooting

The queue is missing

You need the Moderate gallery permission; the queue is hidden from other roles.
