Review access and confirm activation of Choir or Convocations for an active group.
Open the group
Open the correct group from Groups. You need Manage group modules in its scope; the group must be active, not archived.
Also check the active members: enabling a module grants use of the feature through membership and role in the group.
Compare the available modules
Open Settings and go to Group modules. Each card shows the feature, status and mapping from group roles to access levels.
Choir provides the songbook, setlists and rehearsals; Convocations provides confirmation requests, check-in and attendance. Review the mapping before enabling.
Review the confirmation
Turn on the switch for the chosen module. The confirmation explains that active members will be able to use the feature and that you can disable it later.
Select Enable module to apply the change. The figure stops at the confirmation: Choir remains inactive and no access is changed during the capture.
Check access
After confirmation, the card shows Active and navigation exposes the feature to the expected members and managers.
Open it and check its content and actions for the expected access level. Enabling a module does not add people to the group. Disabling removes member access but keeps the data.
What you have achieved
- The confirmed module shows Active on the group page.
- Active members see the feature according to the role mapping displayed in the interface.
