MiaChiesaDisconnect an integration
Stop the Google Calendar connection without confusing it with deletion of imported events.
Find the connection
Open Settings > Integrations in the correct context and find the Google Calendar row marked “connected”. This procedure covers the disconnect action in its management panel.
Before proceeding, note the account, calendar, direction and period. You will need them if you later configure the same connection again.
Distinguish disconnecting from deletion
Open the Google Calendar row and scroll to the bottom. “Disconnect Google” stops future exchanges and removes the sync configuration; events already present remain in both calendars.
If the connection receives events from Google and has already imported some, a bin appears beside Synced events. This is a separate action: it deletes the imported appointments from MiaChiesa and opens its own confirmation.
Review the confirmation
Select Disconnect Google. The “Disconnect Google Calendar?” window reminds you that syncing will stop and previously synced events will remain in both calendars.
If this is the intended action, select Disconnect. The command acts immediately, and the window does not offer an option to delete events from Google.
Check the page
After confirming, return to the list: Google Calendar should be marked not connected and should no longer exchange events for that context.
Still inspect both calendars. Existing appointments remain independent, and later changes are no longer transferred.
What you have achieved
- The context’s Google Calendar configuration has been removed and future exchanges have stopped.
- Existing events remain in their calendars until you change or delete them through a separate action.
Troubleshooting
I only want to delete events imported into MiaChiesa
Cancel disconnection. In the connected panel, use the bin beside Synced events and read its separate confirmation.
