Create GrEst teams

Review ratios and participants and prepare a new team.

Open GrEst

Check the edition and open Teams. Assignments and ratios always refer to the selected edition.

Review teams and ratios

The page shows teams, assigned children, animatori and teams over ratio. Each team displays its age band, participants and operator-to-minor ratio.

Prepare a team

Select Add team and enter its name, colour, capacity and age band. Add team creates the record; the figure stops before confirmation.

Changing a participant’s team from the list applies immediately, so use it only after checking.

  • A new team can be defined after reviewing capacity and ratios.

Troubleshooting

A team is over ratio

Review the number of children and animatori and the age band against the configured ratio.
