Check screen status

Identify an offline display, open its details and check synchronization and cache autonomy.

Recognize the warning

In Screens check the online and offline summary. The Schermo Sacrestia offline banner identifies the device to inspect.

Open the device

Open Schermo Sacrestia and check the Offline · cache badge together with its preview and queue.

Check the cache

Scroll to Connectivity & offline. Last sync shows the latest contact; Offline autonomy gives the stated limit for content already saved.

Fig. 3The card shows the last sync and up to 7 days of offline autonomy; it does not confirm that the network has returned.

Troubleshooting

The screen remains offline

Check the device network; the page says saved content keeps playing and sync resumes when the connection returns.
