Find a bookable room, review its rules and price, and read the calendar without seeing other requesters’ details.
Open the Rooms catalogue
Open Rooms in the app. The catalogue lists only active rooms that are bookable online by members in the selected context.
Cards show capacity, floor, price or free status, and whether approval is required. The catalogue cannot be filtered by date, group or household.
Open a suitable room
Select a card and compare its description, capacity, amenities, price and rules with the planned activity. The capture opens Sala parrocchiale.
Requires approval, maximum duration and advance notice describe request constraints; they do not mean a date is free.
Open weekly availability
Select Request booking or Pay and book, depending on the room configuration. The next page shows the week and separates free intervals from busy ones.
For privacy, you see availability rather than the name of whoever booked. The capture shows the calendar without selecting a slot or submitting a request.
Assess an interval
Compare the intended day and time with the visible blocks. Selecting a free interval opens the form with that range, which remains editable before submission.
Availability is current at the time shown. A request that needs approval is not confirmed until staff accept it.

I cannot search by date in the catalogue
Open a room first; the weekly availability appears in the booking flow.
