Check integration status
Read the summary, filter services and verify Google Calendar details.
Read the summary
Open Settings > Integrations. The summary shows how many services are connected in the active context and adds the number of Google Calendar conflicts when present.
The count describes existing configurations. To see whether a service needs attention, also inspect its row warning and open its details.
Filter the list
Use All to see every available service, Active to show existing configurations and To connect to find services that still need setup.
In the Google Calendar row, check “connected”, direction, account or calendar, count and displayed recent activity. A conflict or invalid-connection warning needs attention.
Open Google Calendar details
Open the connected row. Under Connection, check Google account, Google Calendar, direction, period, synced-event count and last sync.
“Connected” means that a configuration exists. The last-sync time and an appointment check better indicate whether data is current. Normal temporary Google access expiry is not shown as a fault because access refreshes automatically.
Interpret warnings
If Reconnect Google Calendar or Invalid Google connection appears, complete a new authorisation before expecting further exchanges.
If a conflict count appears, use Resolve and inspect both versions. If there is no warning but the last sync is old, run a manual sync and check its final message.
What you have achieved
- You identified active services, services to connect and warnings in the correct context.
- For Google Calendar, you checked configuration, recent activity and any conflicts.
Troubleshooting
Google Calendar is missing from the list
Select All and verify that your access includes Sync Google Calendar in the active scope.
